The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FO - Cs) is possibly looking for Network Operators to provide support for our government customer at JBPHH. This is a 24/7/365 operation (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift positions). RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Tier 1 and 2 support to end user customers. Ability to resolve challenging technical problems efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring service stability. Ability to resolve complex/specialized issues by conducting in-depth analysis and diagnostics. Collaborate with other internal IT team members such as network administrators and system engineers) to solve problems as needed. Interpreting technical data, using a variety of methods and approaches. REQUIRED EDUCATION:This is a DCWF Role 441-Intermediate position. Must possess one of the following:A bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. CEH, Cloud , GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Security , or SSCP Certification.
