About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the development and execution of the financial strategy across the company's properties. This role is pivotal in providing strategic financial oversight in areas such as performance evaluation, asset and capital management, reporting, liquidity planning, and investment strategy. The Vice President of Finance will also be responsible for leading asset management efforts, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial flexibility, and contributing to the annual and five-year strategic planning process. Additionally, the role involves identifying financial risks, driving risk mitigation strategies, and supporting the company's growth through investment analysis and development planning.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive financial leadership roles, with a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in resort and condominium operations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and candidates with CFA or CPA credentials, or a background in public accounting, are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance evaluation, and will be adept at driving profitability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting capital and investment initiatives. The role demands a professional with expertise in accounting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and business process optimization within a fast-paced, complex organizational structure.
