Set rooms as per banquet event orders, with the guidance of the lead houseman and banquet management team. Assist in set-up of linen, chairs, tables and food and beverage service stations. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Maintain the function rooms cleanliness and equipment?Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations ?Scheduling of house attendant team. Coordinate and advise clients and catering managers on room setups. Training new employees. Ordering supplies. Equipment maintenance Preferred Qualifications and Skills. Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. Candidates should have at least 1-year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment. Ability to carry 90 pounds.
