Augment 24 x 7 x 365 operation and maintenance of the facility, consisting of Teleport commercial SATCOM equipment, C, Ku, KA and MILCOM UHF, EHF, L and X band satellite ground terminals/station equipment. Operate baseband multiplexing, switching and routing equipment, new-fielded COTS equipment and systems. Activate and provide telecommunications services in accordance with Telecommunications Service Orders, Gateway Access Authorizations, Satellite Access Authorization and will demonstrate knowledge in theory and practicality of RF physics as pertaining to satellite communications to include Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) and Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA). Operate and monitor all installed satellite earth terminals, modems, and associated baseband equipment at the SATCOM facility. Operate various encryption devices. Strap, key load, and verification of lock for all installed encryption equipment.
