Job Details

Manages the accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation and fixed asset functions. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and applicable rules and regulations. Major Job Accountabilities. Manages the Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and General Ledger Reconciliation teams. Ensures timely and accurate recording of vendor and employee reimbursement payments, general ledger account reconciliations and maintenance and fixed asset capitalization and depreciation. Ensures accurate line of business reporting and accounting operational efficiencies. Identifies and implements process improvements to drive efficiency. Collaborates with Project Managers and Business Owners to streamline processes and identify efficiencies and opportunities for expense reductions.
