Lead Project Manager Design and Team Focus Bishop & Company is seeking a Lead Project Manager who will be a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, design, staffing, budgeting, and execution of civil site development projects. This individual will manage client relationships, guide internal teams, ensure technical accuracy, and drive strategic business growth. Duties: Proposal & Contract Development Participate in project scoping meetings to understand client goals and requirements. Develop detailed man-hour estimates aligned with project scope and complexity. Prepare fee proposals and draft final contract documents for CEO review and approval. Design Oversight & Technical Management Lead and manage civil site development projects, including subdivisions, residential/multifamily housing, and associated infrastructure systems such as roads, grading, water, sewer, and stormwater drainage.
