Provides work leadership and guidance to the Patient Service Representatives. Monitors work queues and assigns and coordinates work assignments to ensure optimal workflow and operational efficiencies. - Serves as a resource regarding patient access functions, including registration, cashiering and insurance verification. - Monitors the Medicaid/ Quest pending and Large Dollar work queues to ensure coverage is obtained and appropriate reimbursement from all parties is obtained. - Provides administrative support to management, including assisting with on-call rotations as needed. II.
