The three primary responsibilities may include: 1) Platform Instruction, 2) Course Design, Development, and Maintenance, and/or 3) Subject Matter Expertise (SME)/ Tutoring. Platform Instruction - Instructors conduct course instruction by applying adult learning principles, theories, and practices, including formal platform and e-classes, hands-on tutoring, Adaptive Learning, interactive exercises and include Blended Learning approaches. Course instruction and delivery is performed in a manner reflecting the highest standards of the adult education profession and supports learning solutions consistent with Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction (DoDI) 3305.09. Instructors tie together course modules, learning materials, and hands-on activities during class instruction in order to facilitate student interactions that allows students to contribute their unique knowledge and perspectives to the learning experience.
