Job Description:
System One is seeking a dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with essential information about our company and services.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to routine telephone inquiries regarding the company and its services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Utilize our computer system to track calls and accurately enter information related to the nature of each inquiry.
Follow established procedures and reference standard company documents to provide accurate and timely responses.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall operations of the call center.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Basic data entry skills and proficiency in using computer systems.
