Position: Administration Manager

E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team in Honolulu, HI.

The Administration Manager will report directly to the Director of Client Services & Administration. This role involves overseeing a section of the administrative operations, managing a team of New Business Processors, Client Coordinators, and Client Service Advisors to ensure cohesive and high-quality service delivery to clients and financial advisors. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience with a track record of achieving sales growth or exceeding departmental KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of management experience, preferably in an office setting; transferable management experience in other fields may be considered.
  • Experience with Salesforce Reporting or Dashboards.
  • Life & Health insurance and Series 65, 66, 67, or 7 certifications are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Management: Supervise daily activities of the administrative team, focusing on achieving corporate objectives and KPIs.
  • Meetings: Facilitate daily huddles, weekly staff meetings, and 1:1s; lead these meetings in the absence of the Director.
  • Training: Provide initial and ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching to maximize team efficiency.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess team members' performance with the Director.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate staff schedules to ensure full coverage and correct hours in ADP.
  • Mentoring: Support team members' growth and development.
  • Analysis: Assess operational and strategic performance of your region.
  • Reporting: Analyze and present data to leadership and team members.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate CRM data entry and management.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvements and SOP updates.
  • Project Support: Assist in company projects to enhance efficiency and service.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
