Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts, following standard recipes and specifications Ensure baked goods are prepared with attention to taste, appearance, and consistency Monitor inventory of baking supplies and ingredients, and notify the Chef/ F&B Manager Manager when orders are needed Keep the baking station clean and organized, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with the Chef/ F&B Manager on new baked goods and special menus Assist in training junior kitchen staff in baking techniques and processes Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet Pearl at Kalauao's standards Maintain equipment and report any issues to the Chef/ F&B Manager Assist with the development of seasonal or special event baked items Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef/ F&B Manager...Baker, Manager, Grocery, Chef
