Job Title: Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping at The Plaza at Moanalua

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends/holidays. This is an on-call 24/7 position for building issues.

Starting Salary: $55,000 per year; negotiable based on experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping (DOMH) to oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and maintenance departments. The role requires leadership to make quick decisions, implement long-term solutions, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with management, guests, team members, and vendors to address community maintenance issues.
• Supervise staffing for both departments to maintain grounds, building, and units.
• Manage department budgets, inventory, reporting, and control costs.
• Oversee community safety programs and maintain MSDS documentation.
• Conduct fire drills regularly in compliance with regulations.
