Job Details

Provides leadership and senior level support in all areas of debt finance including planning, issuance and ongoing management and monitoring of tax-exempt and taxable debt transactions. - Supports the investment area, including preparation of financial reporting for the QHS Non-Pension and Pension investment portfolios. - Supports other treasury/finance areas as needed. - Coaches and mentors treasury/accounting/finance staff in areas related to banking services and debt related planning needs. - Provides leadership and senior level support related to cash management including monitoring and forecasting of all accounts and improvements for QHS overall cash management needs.
