Adhere to all Pearl at Kalauao standards and policies to achieve overall excellence: Department (SOP) standard operating procedures, company handbook, dress code, cellular phone policy and safety program. Must be able to communicate with all team members and management. Responsible for complying with new programs, policies and procedures to take the F&B department to the next level. Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the operation are operating efficiently and safely. Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner. Must be willing to accommodate guests on their needs and to provide them with excellent service. Must be able to communicate with guest and promptly respond to them if they have additional request.
