( - - denotes essential functions) - - Serves as Policy and Data Analyst for the UH Rural Health Research and Policy Center (RHRPC) under the guidance and leadership of the Principal Investigator. - - Serves as an analyst for any grants as directed by the Principal Investigator. - - Assists the Principal Investigator by guiding and supporting research activities and policy initiatives in close partnership with key rural health stakeholders for the UH RHRPC. - - Collects and analyzes data and synthesizes research findings to recommend policies relating to improving health for Hawaii's rural communities. - - Provides support with preparing policy briefs, reports, news articles, and other written correspondence. - - Supports the PI in grant writing activities to sustain the operations of the Center.
