The Critical Facilities Engineering Manager supervises the facility maintenance team members, coordinates work schedules, ensures timely completion of tasks, and maintains communications with the Supported Customer and the Program Manager. Responsible for all administrative, technical and operational aspects of the program, including tracking and managing the submittals of contract deliverables related to scope/schedule/budget. Creates and up-dates project cost estimates/budgets, spreadsheets, and trackers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible 24/7 for the safe operations of the data center electrical, mechanical and emergency power and facility systems that are contractually required.
