Position Purpose
The Campus Life Director (CLD) oversees all Campus Life HS activities on the west side of Oahu, covering 5-7 ministry sites. The CLD ensures staff and volunteers complete training and manage their input into the Impact system. The CLD also manages, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff and volunteers/interns in the West Oahu area.
Position Summary
The CLD manages operations at high schools including Campbell, Kapolei, Mililani, Nanakuli, Waianae, and Waipahu. Responsibilities include coordinating with school administration, student leaders, volunteers, and church partners, overseeing activities related to relational ministry, and developing youth spiritual growth. The goal is to support each club with 2 volunteers, an intern, and prayer coverage, aiming for 40-60 students per club and 7-15 student leaders.
Hours and Time
This is a full-time position, requiring work on weekdays, some holidays, and irregular hours. A minimum commitment of 3 years is preferred.
