Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone.
2. Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
3. Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity.
4. Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and service standards.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, or financial services preferred).
3. Prior experience in a call center environment is desirable.
4. Strong verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
5. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
6. Comfortable using computers and navigating the internet.

Pay

$20/hr, paid weekly

Schedule

1. Training Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
2. Call Center Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days a week
3. Shifts: May vary based on business needs.
4. Weekend availability is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
