Employment & Labor Associate - Honolulu, HI Responsibilities and practice. Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and 3-5 years of employment practice experience to work in our Honolulu office. In addition to having a strong knowledge of employment law, the ideal candidate will have experience handling and managing employment litigation matters and providing employment advice and counsel. The candidate hired for this position will work with partners and directly with clients and will be a key member of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Handling and managing employment litigation matters and administrative charges. Taking and defending depositions in employment-litigation matters, managing written-discovery phrases of litigation matters, and preparing dispositive motions.
