Works with the Assistant Vice Provost for SEED to provide leadership and guidance for the Pamantasan Program, a systemwide effort to support all students, including those from HI DOE schools, rural communities, and first generation students, in their academic journeys throughout the University of Hawai`i system. - Develops and leads the implementation of outreach, awareness, and program development for the UH Systemwide Pamantasan, with an emphasis on pathways to completing degrees and career development. - Convenes the UH Systemwide Pamantasan Council and working groups to support and to advocate for career choice and preparation, as well as workforce development in higher education curricula, and to support and recognize student success and achievements. - Develops collaborative partnerships with a broad range of on- and off-campus organizations and programs with the goal of ensuring and encouraging a supportive student environment, from pre-college recruitment through degree complet...Coordinator, Support, Development, Workforce, Social Sciences, Education, Business Services
