Job Details

Perform maintenance and repairs on electronic security systems (ESS)Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. Interpret technical diagrams and schematics. Replace or repair faulty components and wiring. Configure computers, communication devices, and peripherals. Provide technical support to fellow technicians during system restoration. Basic Qualifications:Associate degree in a technical field or in lieu of the degree 12 years of relevant experience. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with ESS, including:Video surveillance systems. Access control systems. Intercoms. Intrusion detection systems. Security gates. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and proper PPE usage. Must be able to pass a moderate suitability (customer) background check. Ability to travel frequently within the metro area and occasionally to neighboring states.
