Qualifications:

Required:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience leading systems engineering, analysis, development, integration, and test activities required to deliver complex next-generation software-based multi-INT, Activity Based Intelligence, automated collection orchestration, advanced sensemaking capabilities, object-based orchestration, production, and custody.
  • Knowledge of missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operations that govern, interface with, and influence the systems acquisition process and integrated life cycle management in support of the mission.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with data science, data engineering, and artificial intelligence concepts and algorithms.
  • Experience with programming languages and software development to create data pipelines and data products.
  • Ability to write clear and maintainable code to clean, connect, query, and analyze large structured, unstructured, and semi-structured datasets.
  • Design of interactive data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and data/model limitations effectively.

Education:

  • Required: BS in scientific or technological discipline.
  • Preferred: MS in scientific or technological discipline.

Clearance Requirements:

  • TS / SCI with Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph.
