This role will lead the oversight, safety and support for travel, both domestic and international for
our qualifying executives. This role acts as a corporate liaison within Trust & Safety, and is
responsible for vendor management with regard to safety, protection and trust.
Responsibilities
Conducting protective advance assignments, both internationally and domestically
Coordinating, planning and leading protective detail operations, both domestically and internationally
Evaluating and implementing protective intelligence measures for protective assignments
Coordinating program activities and standard processes within the organization
Providing mentorship on and interpretation of security standards, practices, and programs to support qualifying executive security on a global level
Crafting and maintaining policy with regard to emergency management planning
Evaluating and consulting on operational budgets, financial reporting, and 3rd party vendor contracts while driving operations and acquiring the accurate level of training for all staff
Maintaining liaison with government, industry, and intelligence professionals
Maintaining relationships with international security partners to ensure the ability to coordinate planning for cross border security operations
Leading resource requirements in order to ensure protective details are able to fulfill their responsibilities

Required Skills/Experience
10+ years in government dignitary protection and security or extremely high net worth individual protection and security with track record of progressively higher responsibility
Deep experience conducting threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments for the same
Has developed tailored training and audit programs to facilitate consistent quality program delivery
Has relationships with security and intelligence professionals in government and industry and the intelligence community
Beneficial Experience
Rescue swimmer certification
Familiarity and comfort as an equestrian
Advanced degree preferred
