We are seeking an AI-savvy, detail-oriented, and collaborative Strategic Partner Experience & Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Operations Manager to join the Go-To-Market (GTM) team within Americas GPS. The Strategic Partner Experience & GTM Business Operations Manager is a high-impact, dual-focus role sitting on the GTM Leadership team and supporting the Americas GPS Go-to-Market (GTM) Leader. This individual contributor will drive strategic “Last-Mile” communications and business management excellence across the GTM organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and operational orchestrator who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. You'll help shape how Microsoft's partner GTM strategy is communicated and operationalized across the Americas, directly impacting how we engage partners, land priorities, and drive growth.

Responsibilities
Strategic, Final Mile Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Enterprise Communications: Own the development and execution of Final Mile communications for GTM and GPS. Ensure messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Employee Engagement & Recognition: Own the employee engagement strategy for GTM. Lead awards and recognition programs and amplify success stories through internal and external channels.
- Lead the development and execution of the GTM communications strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across internal and partner-facing channels.
- Own “Last-Mile” communications to land key priorities with field teams and partners, including newsletters, talking points, and executive-ready content.
- Partner with GPS Comms, SE&O, WW and MCAPS to amplify GTM narratives and ensure alignment with broader Microsoft messaging. Align Americas external breadth partner communications with worldwide communications investments.
- Support executive presence for the GTM Leader through speechwriting, presentation development, and storytelling for internal and external engagements.
Business Management & Operational Excellence
- Resource Planning & Hiring: Lead the GTM Blueprint process and hiring ramp strategy in partnership with the GTM lead. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, budget, and diversity priorities.
- Budget Ownership: Manage the variable budget (T&E, training, morale) for the GTM org. Drive fiscal discipline and creative funding solutions in collaboration with Finance and Business Managers.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Support annual planning, scorecard alignment, and business rhythm execution.
- Special Projects: Drive cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the GTM Leadership Team. Lead v-teams, develop proposals, and deliver executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in business management, operations, strategy, or communications roles OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in AI technologies driving innovation through Agentic AI.
- Experience in Executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in Partner Community communications.
- Experience with Excel and data storytelling.
Preferred
- Experience in GTM strategy and partner ecosystems.
- Experience developing and executing an automated communications strategy.
- 5+ years managing cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's partner ecosystem and internal tools.
Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
