Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery. Cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items. This person is also responsible for the disposal of all food and beverage refuse. In addition, the steward handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to their respective areas. Preferred Qualifications and Skills. Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a similar position. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Service Passion.
