Help Duties * You will provide professional engineering consultation and advice on utilities plants and distribution/collection systems planning, programming, design, construction, operations and maintenance. * You will serve as a Senior Civil Engineer performing a wide range of professional engineering duties within the geographic region assigned to the Command. * You will serve as technical specialist in the civil engineering professional discipline and assumes leadership roles in responding to new and ongoing Command initiatives relating to civil utilities, water and wastewater utilities. * You will provide complete analyses of advanced water and wastewater utility systems that provides a detailed model of performance and economics and enables accurate assessment of changes in design, operation, maintenance costs, utility rates, etc. * You will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of highly complex utility engineering master plans, evaluations, and operation and maintenance of civil water and wastewater utility systems and plants.
