Location: White Sands Hotel - Honolulu, HI

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Description:

Primary Mission: Responsible for greeting guests, registration, providing excellent service, and settling accounts. The shift is typically during the 3rd front desk shift, but may vary based on operational needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Registering guests, managing reservations, assisting with concierge duties as needed.
• Knowledge of hotel features, services, and operations.
• Providing prompt, attentive guest service to maintain positive relations.
• Processing check-ins and check-outs, managing guest accounts, and handling overbookings.
• Documenting guest requests, complaints, and resolutions.
• Maintaining organized work area and secure cash handling.
• Communicating with team members and completing end-of-day reports.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic Excel skills, typing speed of 50 WPM.
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Other Expectations: Adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and flexibility to work during non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.
