Weekly Pay
Must be available 7 days a week. Will work 5 days a week
40-hour full-time hours
6am-2pm shift

Job Responsibilities

• Notify customers of alarm and/or issues with their systems
• Dispatch police, fire, or guard services as necessary
• Video monitoring
• Process inbound phone calls from customers and employees
• Accurately document events for historical records
• Answer inquiries by clarifying information; research, locate, and provide information
• Resolve problems by researching issues; exploring answers and alternative solutions

• Adaptable/flexible — enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Detail-oriented — prefers focusing on details of work over the bigger picture

Pay and Benefits
