We seek a skilled Civil Engineer experienced in residential, commercial, and resort subdivisions. The role involves managing all project phases, from design to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality results.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage, design, develop, and maintain subdivision projects.
• Conduct site investigations and analyze data.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies; create blueprints.
• Assess risks, materials, costs; advise on solutions.
• Oversee staff, liaise with stakeholders, ensure compliance.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement.

Education/Training and Experience

• Bachelor's in civil engineering; Master's preferred.
• PE license in Hawaii or ability to obtain.
• At least 7 years in civil engineering, focused on subdivisions.
• Experience with subdivision design and relevant software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Knowledge of site layout, grading, utilities, erosion control, regulations.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Location: Honolulu, HI

Salary Range: $90,000 – 140,000/year, depending on experience
