The Director of Finance reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Executive and Deputy Director to oversee the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies, planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, supervising the accounting team, managing accounting processes, overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets and financial reports, and coordinating with external auditors. The role also involves managing grants, budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting for statewide initiatives.
