Generate Financial Report: Research and prepare final expenditure & revenue reports for extramural grants, state, other federal, and other agencies on both an annual and on an as-needed basis. - Monitor Special Tuition, Revolving and General Funds: Review accounts and approve expenditures. - Administer Indirect Cost Returns: Calculate & disperse to the appropriate PI/department the return of overhead funds from ORS. Monitor the expenditures and balances. - Extramural Grant Administration: Advise faculty in preparing budgets & proposals. Ensuring compliance with UH & funding agency policies & procedures. Review & approve budget before submitted to ORS. Work with ORS when discrepancies/questions arise. - Accounting of extramural contracts & grants: Establish accounts, monitor and approve financial transactions. Review monthly reports.
