Bishop & Company is seeking an Loss Mitigation Analyst for a financial organization in Honolulu. In this role, you will expertly evaluate delinquent real estate loans to identify effective alternatives to foreclosure. You will implement targeted strategies to resolve payment defaults, significantly mitigating losses for the Bank and/or Investor while maximizing revenue from loss mitigation efforts. Qualifications: A strong background consisting of at least two years of progressively responsible professional experience in financial analysis, loan collection, loss mitigation, and/or mortgage lending. A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment, which may be obtained concurrently with the above experience. A Bachelors degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates your capabilities. Preferred experience in managing loan defaults and mortgage lending.
