What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the practice

• Work Accounts Receivable and maintain healthy financial performance

• Present treatment plans and explain financial policies and payment options to patients

• Process and follow up on insurance claims

• Identify and implement systems to improve office workflow and productivity

• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain hygiene/safety standards

• Lead daily huddles, staff meetings, and ongoing team training

• Audit and optimize schedules to maximize efficiency and production

• Manage unscheduled treatment follow-ups to ensure timely patient care

• Motivate the team with challenges and incentives to meet daily production goals

• Conduct check-ins and annual performance evaluations

• Take ownership of special projects and other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

• You bring 3+ years of experience in dental office management or dental leadership

• You have working knowledge of all facets of a dental practice, including insurance, scheduling, and treatment presentation

• A degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred (but not required)

• You are flexible to work Monday-Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM, with occasional weekend availability

• You have strong communication skills-both verbal and written

• You are organized, proactive, and capable of solving problems independently

• You thrive in a goal-driven environment and know how to inspire and motivate a team
