Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist. The Accounts Receivables Specialist is responsible for handling the incoming payments from properties and clients.

Essential Duties include the following:

• Manage and process detailed A/R postings
• Prepare Cash Receipts and deposits timely
• Manage and effectively retain Collections
• Exhibit Excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
• Perform Basic Administrative Duties
• Able to support and administer special duties defined by upper leadership

Requirements:

• Familiar with basic Accounting
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Performs well under pressure and completes assigned tasks with little or no supervision
• Must be reliable
• Strong computer skillsMS word, and MS Excel
