Ramp Agents are responsible for loading and offloading our guests' baggage, ensuring they are accounted for and well taken care of. They also look out for the safety and well-being of each other, while ensuring our flights arrive and depart on-time. Pay and Benefits This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and the pay for this position is $15.92 per hour. Medical, dental and vision benefits are provided in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement and may not be available for all positions. Work Schedules Per the collective bargaining agreement, work schedules are awarded based on seniority. New hires are awarded their initial shift based on operational need.
