What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead investigations into complex organized fraud schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and manage multifaceted investigations involving significant financial exposure across various claims
- Communicate and present findings to internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Monitor emerging fraud trends and provide insights to enhance internal strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert on fraud and deliver training to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Proven leadership abilities and a track record of high performance
- Extensive knowledge of insurance claims and operations, particularly in Commercial Lines and Workers Compensation
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in investigative technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences
