Design, deliver routine, variance, and ad hoc performance reports and analysis to Claims, Print & Mail, and Enrollment Program leadership that provide actionable insights and drive increased performance.
Lead strategy of specialized, and cross-functional workgroups to address systematic and high-impact issues, from problem diagnosis to the implementation of solutions.
Partner with internal teams like IT and Corporate Data & Analytics to enhance, maintain, and validate the accuracy of dashboard and reporting tools, as well as promote the use of automation tools.
Manage and align project managers on common tasks, ranging from corporate-level projects to ad hoc incident resolution.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, including documenting current processes and proposing new solutions aligned with the future state.
Collaborate with production leadership and business units to develop relevant, timely, and effective training on organizational changes and quality issues.
Drive payment integrity programs to maximize benefits for HMSA.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five years of management experience.
Experience in strategic planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with senior leadership and partner organizations.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including payment and delivery models, systems, and the role of health plans.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
