Assist customers with information, food orders and payment transactions in assigned Food & Beverage areas during daily park operation as well as special events, leading team as needed.

We are currently looking for a:

Sea LIfe Park Hawaii - Cashier, Food & Beverage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up assigned unit or counter area for daily operation
• Greet customers and take orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Keep area clean and stocked during business hours
• Light cooking and abide by all food handling requirements at all times
• Assist other areas when needed
• Additional duties or tasks as assigned or requested
Assume leadership role as needed.

Working Conditions: Indoors & Outdoors

Work Schedule: As scheduled but with flexibility to meet the department's needs

Equipment Used: POS register, cleaning tools and products

Physical Demands: Frequent standing and walking, may require some lifting of up to 25lbs; ability to remain calm during peak periods where long lines and customer complaints are most likely to occur

Communication Demands: Requires effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service
