  • 2+ years focused on AI infrastructure, tools, or applications (LLMs, prompt engineering, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading platform teams and driving engineering excellence
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts like vector databases, RAG, prompt tuning, and model evaluation
  • Hands-on experience with modern stacks such as Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and AWS
  • Ability to measure and improve LLM output quality using prompt optimization and tuning techniques
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in remote, cross-functional teams
  • Passion for staying current with emerging AI technologies and applying them effectively

Benefits

  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a privately-held, fast-growing company
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents
  • Flexible paid time off and a sabbatical program
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave (plus pregnancy disability leave where applicable)
  • Monthly wellness and work-from-home stipends
  • Access to therapy, coaching, and mental wellness programs
  • 401(k) or regional pension schemes, plus financial planning resources
