The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. To be successful, this candidate should be comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

• Detailing using software for field use, including shop drawings for rebar, forming, scaffolding, traffic control, etc.
• Reviewing subcontractors' and vendors' shop drawings to ensure conformance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Updating RFIs electronically into drawings and specifications for all design packages.
• Assisting the project team in coordinating drawings across all disciplines to identify conflicts or clashes, possibly using BIM 360 or Autodesk.
• Supporting the QC Manager in processing RFIs, submittals, contractor daily reports, QC reports, project photos, QC meeting agendas and minutes, and environmental meeting agendas and minutes.
• Performing other miscellaneous project engineering tasks as needed or assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
• Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
