Customer Care Coordinators work in our hybrid call center and assist customers with scheduling appointments for service at our various dealerships across Hawaii.Learn more about being a Customer Service Coordinator at Servco at: inbound phone calls and make outbound follow-up phone calls in a timely mannerAssist customers with scheduling appointments by phone and follow-up with customers regarding email and online appointment requestsAccurately identify and document appropriate service and maintenance neededCoordinate shuttle or loaner service, as requestedEffectively resolves customer issues or concernsEnsures regular communication with customers to include reminder calls, status updates on vehicle service, scheduling follow-up appointments, etc.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent educationMinimum 2 years of customer service experienceExcellent communication and listening skillsAbility to multi-task and stay calm under pressureBasic computer skills and able to type a minimum of 25 wpmMust be flexible to work a full-time schedule between Monday through SaturdayCustomer Service – Call Center Representative – Call Center Agent – Call Center CoordinatorAt Servco, we're committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
