As the Houseperson, you would ensure guests are treated with an Aloha Spirit, accurately and efficiently, and provide guests with service that anticipates their needs.

Schedule Details:

The Housekeeping Department operates 7 days per week. Our Houseperson Team Members will work generally from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but may need to accommodate a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain assigned public areas while meeting the property's standards of cleanliness.


• Reporting any maintenance deficiencies.


• Collection, distribution, restocking of linen and terry items.


• Trash disposal from carts and other assigned areas.


• Handling of guest requests or complaints.


• Deep clean all assigned rooms and bathrooms.


• Turn in lost and found items as per department standard.


• Complete special cleaning projects.


• Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner.


• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Working knowledge of proper housekeeping equipment usage


• Standard Microsoft Office tools


• Ability to communicate effectively with Management


• Able to lift up to 50lbs
