Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administration and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Honolulu. In this dynamic role, you'll ensure the smooth coordination of class scheduling and daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and staff.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a life-saving mission in a collaborative and mission-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily appointment and class scheduling
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries with professional and friendly communication
  • Provide general administrative support to the leadership and instructional teams
  • Maintain organized documentation and scheduling systems
  • Act as a liaison between clients and instructors to ensure timely and accurate coordination
  • Support walk-ins and in-person inquiries at our Honolulu training center

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in administrative or front office roles
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency with scheduling software, Google Workspace, and/or office tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in office administration is a bonus
