What You'll Do
Supports the execution of organization-wide marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and service utilization across a multi-site senior living organization. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role supervises the Sales & Marketing Coordinators and ensures effective implementation of campaigns, digital engagement, and community outreach.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; weekends and after-hours on occasion
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $62,500.00 to $86,000.00
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Oversight
- Supervise, coach, and support Sales & Marketing Coordinators in their daily work, including lead management, event planning, outreach support, and CRM utilization.
- Coordinate workflows and ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables across communities and service lines.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, provide performance feedback, and foster professional development for direct reports.
- Marketing Campaigns & Content
- Implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community channels in alignment with the CMO's strategic direction.
- Manage content calendars and lead the production of AFC Connect, newsletters, flyers, brochures, signage, and social media content.
- Coordinate vendors for creative design, printing, video production, and advertising as needed.
- Digital Marketing & Web Presence
- Oversee website updates and ensure all digital content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
- Manage the organization's social media accounts, building community and showcasing resident life, events, and services.
- Support paid digital efforts including Google Ads, Facebook advertising, and email marketing, in collaboration with CMO and external partners.
- Brand Management
- Ensure consistent use of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Serve as a go-to resource for branded templates, logos, photography, and collateral requests from other departments.
- Event & Outreach Coordination
- Partner with Coordinators and Sales Directors to support internal and external marketing events such as open houses, seminars, and professional referral events.
- Ensure timely promotion of events through multiple channels and support on-site logistics when needed.
- Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Collaborate with Coordinators and Sales Directors to ensure accurate and timely lead entry, tracking, and reporting using the CRM system.
- Monitor campaign and channel performance and provide regular reports and insights to the CMO.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or combination of education or experience equivalent.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn additional job-specific software.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; push and pull. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
