Qualifications:

• A master's degree or a PhD in a relevant business area is required. Foreign equivalent degree from a nationally accredited institution accepted.

• As an educational institution affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Church), BYU–Hawaii prefers to hire qualified members of the Church in good standing, as authorized under 41 C.F.R. § 60-1.5 (a)(6). Responsibilities:

• Teaching requirement is typically 30 semester credit hours per year over three semesters in some (but not necessarily all) of the following subject areas/courses:

• Business Strategy, Introductory Microeconomics, Introductory Macroeconomics, other business courses as needed.

• Scholarship, creative endeavor, ongoing professional development, and university service are required.

• BYU-Hawaii's primary focus is undergraduate learning and teaching. The individual should be fully committed to the university's mission () and learning framework (

Benefits:

• Salary range: 110K to 129K
• Housing stipend.

• A relocation expense package is provided.
• Annually renewable contract eligible for Continuing Faculty Status (BYU-H equivalent of “tenure-track”).
