Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales and Operations Support Representative to support various departments including Operations, Credit, Warehouse, Purchasing, Estimating, and Sales. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.

What you will do:

• Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Answer incoming calls and manage office mail.
• Process and deposit customer check payments.
• Review open orders and coordinate delivery dates with staff.
• Scan and link packing slips to manifests and purchase orders.
• File freight claims for damaged products.
• Expedite open stock and direct shipment (DS) orders.
• Renew Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs) as needed.
• Assist with credit-related tasks such as job account setup, lien release processing, order hold releases and payment handling.

What you will bring:

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college, or a combination of education and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical, industrial, or distribution environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with regular sitting, talking, and listening.
• Occasional extended hours may be required.

Location:This role is based in our Honolulu, HI location

Work hours:7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

Salary Range:

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $19.90 - 26.54 per hour. This range reflects figures based on the primary location, within Hawaii. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
