Job Details

Training will be during normal business hours for the first 2-3 weeks, Monday through Friday.

Description

• Notify customers of alarms or issues with their systems.
• Dispatch police, fire, or guard services as necessary.
• Monitor video feeds.
• Process inbound phone calls from customers and employees.
• Accurately document events for records.
• Answer inquiries by clarifying information; research, locate, and provide information.
• Resolve problems by researching issues and exploring solutions.
