This position involves participating in on-the-job and formal training to learn the theories, techniques, and methods used in research and statistical analysis.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including three (3) semester hours in statistics and fifteen (15) additional semester hours in an appropriate field such as the physical or biological sciences, agriculture, medicine, education, engineering, social sciences (demography, history, economics, social welfare, geography, international relations, social or cultural anthropology, sociology, political science, public administration, business administration, psychology), etc.
Progressively responsible administrative, professional, or analytical work experience that includes:
Experience may be substituted for the degree requirements on a year-for-year basis.
The education and experience must demonstrate the ability to write clear reports, interpret complex material, and solve problems systematically.
