Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greets members and guests in a courteous and friendly manner; and assists with member and guest inquiries.
- Prepares and serves food and beverage items to members and guests.
- Mixes and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
- Monitors snack shop inventory and replenishes items as needed.
- Processes cash payment for food and beverage items; and reconciles cash at the end of each shift.
- Performs snack shop opening and closing procedures.
- Maintains cleanliness of snack shop area.
- Conducts monthly inventory of snack shop items with F&B Manager.
- Adheres to food safety and liquor regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must have knowledge of standard drink recipes and beverage preparation.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
