Job Description:

The Opportunity:

Make a difference, join our team! As a Strategic Execution Integrator, you will support the INDOPACOM J44 Engineering Division by providing engineering capabilities and contract-related tasks to advance key mission priorities. Your engineering support will include civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design, as well as construction. Your contract support will involve project scheduling, cost control, estimating, management, quality assurance, budgeting, and contracting activities such as pre-award tasks, RFP development, contract awards, and post-award management. This role is based at Camp Smith, Hawaii.


Responsibilities:

• Assess project complexity, feasibility, and timelines.

• Analyze project sequencing, bundling, schedules, and identify strategies to expedite timelines, including critical path mitigation.

• Coordinate with various branches and agencies, including J44, DCAs, Joint Staff, OSD, and others, to ensure synchronized project execution.

• Create and deliver execution briefings tailored to different audiences.

• Support and back up the Branch Chief and division leadership.

• Support branches J441, J446, and Knowledge Management.

Qualifications:

Required:

• TS/SCI Clearance

• Experience as a contracting officer's representative (COR).

• Understanding of different contract types: design-build, design-bid-build, FFP, and CP.

• Experience with DoD design and construction agencies.

Desired:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering

• Experience supporting a Combatant Command

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
